Remember the days when your food budget was like twenty dollars - for the week? Ah, college. How I miss eating like a refugee! One of my favorite low-budget meals (besides Ramen Noodles or pancakes and eggs) was English Muffins mini-pizzas.

Of course using name brand ingredients like: English Muffins, Ragu, and Kraft Mozzarella cheese meant that you were going to have to skimp on other groceries. But it was so worth it! A package of muffins, a jar of sauce, and bag of shredded cheese was all you needed to dine like a king for a couple of nights.

Pizza Hut will be rolling out this same dish this year. The Big Pizza Slider is a a tiny 3.5" pizza and they are being sold in boxes of three or nine. It was unveiled during Sunday night's Super Bowl. That must have been one of the commercials I missed while I was tweeting during the black out.
