Looks to me like Justin Bieber is trying to possible get in the good graces of Miley Cyrus...and by get in her good graces, I mean her pants.
The two were seen partying together in LA and doing some serious flirting....and from the story on TMZ.com, they left the club together around 2am. Maybe Justin already got in to her "good graces" then.
