****THIS**** picture turned up yesterday of Justin Bieber posing with a fan....
And he seems to be getting a little to comfortable with the fan. Actually he seems to be grabbing her BOOB.
But now Justin is denying it.
Not sure how you deny something that you can clearly see happened...but his people are saying that he was "moving his hands away from hugging her" right when this picture happened to be taken.
Yup...that's their story and they're sticking to it.
