This ad sheds light on the negative self impression women have of themselves and proves that the eyes of others don't see them quite the way they see themselves. Now they just need to play this after every Victoria's Secret commercial. 

Monday filled my Facebook newsfeed with news of a rumored 'Friends' reunion on NBC. For all of you 'Freinds' devotees out there, this would be a dream come true. If you're a busy person, you better start watching season 1 now because according to the rumors, the air date is just around the corner. There are many diffcult things to talk about with your kids as they become more aware in the world. In a lot of scenarios you as a parent are given time to think about how you will approach the conversation or questions when they are asked. Unfortunately, there are also times where we're caught off guard or need to react immediately. As caring parents you want to make sure you go about it in the correct way. Every once and a while a woman should pamper herself. I did just that this weekend and was in shock by the array of options.  Now-a-day, the menu for pampering yourself has grown dramatically and some of these new "treatments" are more than a little unique in comparison to the classic options.  At some spa's Koi fish are no longer the only fish you'll see. In some places you can now have fish eat the dead skin off of your feet. Has anyone tried this new controversial fish pedicure? What do you all think about it? I think I'll stick with my hot stone pedicure. If you haven't heard about them, here's a video, check out what the rave is all about!

YouTube has endless videos that will make you smile, but this one is by far my favorite! I believe kids and animals can teach you a lot about life with their simple silliness and innocence. Family Style Crustless Veggie Casserole

8 egg whites

2 heads of broccoli

1/4 cup chopped white onions

1 tomato

1/2 cup shredded cheddar

1/4 cup milk

Cooking Instructions

First, turn your oven on to 350 degrees. You will also need to turn on a pot of water to steam your broccoli. Cut up your broccoli into florets and steam them for about 8 minutes after the water starts boiling. Pull out a large skillet and turn your burner onto medium. You are going to scramble your 8 egg whites with the 1/4 cup milk mixed in and a dash of salt and pepper. Once your eggs are fluffy and cooked all the way through mix in your 1/4 cup of chopped white onions. Your now scrambled eggs will be the first layer in your casserole. I like to use an 8 inch pie dish. Now cut up your tomato, but don't dice it and add on top of your egss and onions. Your third layer will be broccoli. Top off with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Your oven should now be preheated. Throw your crustless veggie casserole in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted. 

One of my favorite things about the 90's was the sitcoms! Now-a-day it's all about reality television. Ironically, sitcoms seem to be more of "reality" than what braodcasters are portraying to us what reality is with shows like The Real Housewives and The Jersey Shore. The majority of society is dealing with issues and benchmarks in life which 90's sitcoms addressed, whereas popular tv today seems to be a challenge of who's better than who and puts the focus on drama rather than an outlet to comfort society by portraying their characters to share our everyday issues. Last night, I ran across some great 90's sitcom gif's on BuzzFeed. So this past weekend we held our auditions to find our National Anthem singer for the Valley Cats 2013 Season which was pretty exciting and we heard some amazing talent.
