I'm definitely not a morning person, it takes me quite a while to "get with it" in the mornings. I've tried going to bed earlier, jumping right in the shower once I open my eyes, having someone talk my ear off with jokes and all. NOTHING has seemed to work. However, this was suggested to me by a good friend who had the same issue. She's on week two and is going strong. I'm not sure if it's mind over matter or it really works. Have any of you tried doing this or something similar? If so, did it work?! My stone cold morning stare is in need of a spark to bring my smile out a little earlier every day!
